Rensa values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Rensa mobile and tablet application collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our services. Rensa is a free digital catalog application designed to help users find home interior inspiration, watch installation tutorials, calculate flooring, wall, and ceiling material needs, and find the nearest showroom location.
1. Data We Collect
We keep our data collection limited to what is necessary for the app to function.
- No account or login data: Rensa can be used without registration or login. We do not directly collect personal identifiers such as your name, email address, password, or phone number through account creation.
- Optional location data: If you grant location permission, the app may access your device location in the foreground and, where supported and permitted by your device settings, in the background solely to recommend the nearest showroom and estimate distance to that showroom.
- Device and technical identifiers: We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send push notifications. This may involve the processing of a device token or similar technical identifier. We also use Shorebird for over-the-air application updates, which may process limited technical information such as operating system details and app version required to deliver updates.
- YouTube embedded content: The app displays tutorial videos embedded from YouTube using the YouTube Player API. Google and YouTube may collect technical and usage data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
2. Data We Do Not Collect or Store on Our Servers
- We do not require user registration.
- We do not directly collect personal profile data such as full name, personal email, password, or phone number for account access.
- We do not store calculator input history, room measurement history, or material calculation history on our servers.
- We do not store your travel history or ongoing movement history on our servers.
- We do not sell your personal data.
3. Local Storage on Your Device
Information you enter into the calculator or similar tools in the app, including room and material calculation history, is stored locally on your device's internal storage. This data remains under your control on your device and is not synced to our cloud or application servers by us.
4. How We Use Data
We use limited data only for the following purposes:
- To provide showroom recommendations based on your optional device location.
- To calculate and display estimated distance to the nearest showroom.
- To send push notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging.
- To maintain app functionality, compatibility, and code updates through Shorebird.
- To display embedded tutorial videos from YouTube.
- To enable a direct consultation shortcut to a showroom through WhatsApp or your device operating system's URL launcher.
5. Device Permissions
Rensa may request the following permissions, depending on feature usage and device settings:
- Location permission: Optional. Used only to help identify the nearest showroom and estimate distance.
- Notification permission: Optional on supported devices. Used to deliver push notifications.
- Internet/network access: Required to load catalog content, embedded videos, store information, and other online resources.
You can manage these permissions through your device settings. If you deny optional permissions, certain features may not work as intended, but the app remains usable for its core catalog and informational purposes.
6. Third-Party Services
Rensa uses third-party services that may process information under their own terms and privacy policies:
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google): Used for push notifications.
- Shorebird: Used to deliver over-the-air code updates.
- YouTube Player API / Google: Used to display embedded tutorial videos.
- WhatsApp / operating system URL launcher: Used when you choose to contact a showroom directly from the app.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party providers because their handling of technical data is governed by their own practices.
7. Data Retention
- Calculator and similar history stored locally on your device remains there until you delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the app.
- Because we do not create user accounts for app access, we generally do not retain account-based personal data on our servers.
- Third-party service providers may retain technical data according to their own retention policies.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect the services we operate. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security. Data stored locally on your device is also subject to the security controls of your device and operating system.
9. Children's Privacy
Rensa is a general audience application and is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that information has been provided to us in a way that raises a privacy concern, please contact us.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our app, legal requirements, or operational practices. Any updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.

Rensa adalah aplikasi katalog digital gratis yang dirancang untuk membantu pengguna mencari inspirasi interior rumah, menonton tutorial pemasangan, menghitung kebutuhan material lantai, dinding, dan plafon, serta menemukan lokasi showroom terdekat.
1. Data yang Kami Kumpulkan

- Data lokasi opsional: Jika Anda memberikan izin lokasi, aplikasi dapat mengakses lokasi perangkat Anda saat aplikasi digunakan di depan layar dan, bila didukung serta diizinkan oleh pengaturan perangkat Anda, di latar belakang semata-mata untuk merekomendasikan showroom terdekat dan memperkirakan jarak ke showroom tersebut.
- Identifier perangkat dan data teknis: Kami menggunakan Firebase Cloud Messaging untuk mengirim notifikasi push. Penggunaan ini dapat melibatkan pemrosesan token perangkat atau identifier teknis serupa. 5. Izin Perangkat
Rensa dapat meminta izin berikut, tergantung penggunaan fitur dan pengaturan perangkat:
- Izin lokasi: Opsional. Digunakan hanya untuk membantu menemukan showroom terdekat dan memperkirakan jarak.
- Izin notifikasi: Opsional pada perangkat yang mendukung. Digunakan untuk mengirim notifikasi push.
- Akses internet/jaringan: Diperlukan untuk memuat katalog, video tersemat, informasi toko, dan sumber daya online lainnya.
Anda dapat mengatur izin-izin ini melalui pengaturan perangkat Anda. Jika Anda menolak izin yang bersifat opsional, beberapa fitur mungkin tidak berjalan optimal, tetapi aplikasi tetap dapat digunakan untuk fungsi inti katalog dan informasi.
6. Layanan Pihak Ketiga
Rensa menggunakan layanan pihak ketiga yang dapat memproses informasi sesuai syarat dan kebijakan privasi mereka sendiri:

7. Retensi Data
- Riwayat kalkulator dan data serupa yang disimpan secara lokal di perangkat Anda akan tetap ada hingga Anda menghapusnya, membersihkan data aplikasi, atau menghapus aplikasi.
